If you are experiencing problems and symptoms that are affecting your Mental, Emotional, and/or Behavioral Health, it can be a valuable source of support. In session we can address the depressive, stressful, and/or anxious sensations that are interfering in your day to day activities. I will work on supporting your stability, helping you identify areas of growth, and working collaboratively on a plan to improve the quality of your life.
