As an individual driven by knowledge, I believe vulnerability is both a strength and a tool for growth. Society often teaches us that vulnerability is a weakness, but I believe it takes courage to show up authentically, especially during life's most challenging moments. As Brené Brown shared, "Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage."
I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside people in some of life’s hardest seasons. My background includes years of providing clinical recommendations for children and families in the Illinois child welfare system—but my heart is in creating a safe, authentic space where people can be real, vulnerable, and heard. Most clients appreciate the lightness, hope, and humor I bring into difficult moments. I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy—it can also be a place of relief, reflection, and even laughter.

I work with men and women around issues of health, anger, addiction, trauma, sexuality, mood, career and relationships. Typically, clients come to see me complaining about a lack of "joy" in their lives. They recognize repeating patterns of failed relationships at home, work or with others. While professionally successful many of my clients have difficulty feeling "healthy" in ways that are often difficult to fully articulate or understand. My clients are looking to understand why they feel and behave the way they do and how they can translate that understanding into feeling better and improved relationships within their lives.
