Are you having difficulty tuning out everyone else so you can hear your own inner voice? Do you feel exhausted, burnt out, or angry at the end of most days? Does it feel like something is missing from your life, but you're not completely sure what? If so, there is hope. I will walk alongside you on your mental health journey with validation, gentleness and practical suggestions. I believe good therapy includes genuine connection and humor. I will laugh at your jokes (if they're funny), and maybe even make a few (but no guarantees they'll be funny). Typically, I use self-disclosure sparingly and intentionally.

I am a queer, Health at Every Size, trauma-informed provider, and a social justice advocate. My clinical training is in CBT, DBT, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing. Eclectic, collaborative, and person-centered is how I would describe my style. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, recovering co-dependents, and fellow social workers.
