Sometimes that can be a wonderful thing, and other times that reality can be frustrating to accept or work through. I believe those frustrations, when left unaddressed, can and often do lead to feelings of depression and/or anxiety, and can also put a strain on relationships. I believe therapy should be a safe space to give voice to those frustrations and an opportunity for healing.

I utilize a client-centered, integrative approach drawing from various theoretical frameworks, but primarily practicing from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens. I am also a Yoga Teacher and aim to incorporate holistic practices that acknowledge the mind-body-spirit connection. I hope to create a warm and inviting space free from judgment.

You are the expert on your life, and I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process between the therapist and client. I hope to bring a sense of authenticity and curiosity as we commit to discovering your process of healing together.
