Using therapy as an experimental space we'll work to find your unique meaning & purpose by exploring the parts of you that feel hard to access or name- criticism, self-doubt, inadequacies, relationship struggles. Our work will also help you discover your strengths & passions. Together, we'll examine your choices and imagine a new way of being.
