Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a mystery or a monologue. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others I'm here to help you make sense of it all. I help to foster more authentic relationships with self and with others using a relational, insight-oriented approach grounded in mindfulness and curiosity. Much of who we are is shaped by early experiences, family dynamics, cultural context, and, yes—sometimes that one offhand comment from a middle school teacher. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you from feeling grounded and connected, and work toward a version of you that feels more real.

When standard school testing isn't enough, I dig deeper.
You see your child working hard, yet the grades don't match the effort. It’s frustrating to feel like something is 'missing' but you can't put your finger on it. I specialize in helping parents bridge that gap. Whether it’s attention, learning hurdles, or 'hidden' strengths that mask struggles, I provide the clarity needed to stop the guessing game and start the progress.

You want to work with someone who has ample experience; emphasizes care and discretion. Change doesn’t have to be disruptive or dramatic. Sometimes, it starts with a quiet decision to move toward something that speaks more deeply to who you are—and who you’re becoming. My approach is grounded, thoughtful, and practical. You’ll be surprised at how much you can discover in conversation—how much clearer things can become. We’ll talk, reflect, and build a path forward that feels right for you. That’s where I come in. My job isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you pause, think more clearly, and decide how and when to make a change.

In addition to individual and couples therapy, I conduct testing for learning disabilities and ADHD.
I feel privileged to be a psychologist and my therapeutic style reflects this appreciation. Building a trusting, collaborative relationship is at the forefront of my work, though I'm aware this looks differently with each of my clients. I see the process of change as occurring in the context of the therapeutic relationship and by exploring patterns that may be preventing one from living a fulfilling existence. Through the discovery of these patterns, we can begin to understand how to live life more genuinely. I incorporate various therapeutic approaches and interventions, which speaks to our unique needs.

For testing, we will complete the initial interview appointment and provide you with conclusive results following the testing process.
Do you feel misunderstood, even when you try your best to fit in? I offer neuropsychological evaluations to help you better understand neurodivergent traits (e.g., ADHD, autism, or masking) that may be contributing to lifelong challenges with connection, communication, or feeling “different.” Gaining clarity creates space for self-acceptance and more authentic relationships. I focus on understanding your unique story, not just test scores, to provide accurate answers and meaningful, personalized recommendations. Together, we’ll turn insight into a plan that supports growth, confidence, and well-being.

I support adults navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and ADHD. You might find yourself overthinking, second-guessing decisions, or stuck in patterns that feel hard to break. Sometimes, there’s just a sense that something isn’t quite right, even when life looks fine on the outside. You may want deeper, more fulfilling relationships, but notice yourself holding back, shutting down, or creating distance. ADHD can add another layer of complexity, affecting not only daily life but also how you understand and relate to yourself.

Testing and Evaluation Therapists
What is a psychological evaluation?
A psychological evaluation is a test or assessment most commonly administered by a trained psychologist that is intended to be used in the diagnosis of specific psychological conditions, such as ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, dementia or Alzheimer's, and learning disabilities. Psychological evaluations can help inform future treatment decisions and help direct clients to professionals and resources that may be most helpful, such as potential therapy options or additional school supports.

Can psychological evaluations be done on individuals of any age group?
Psychological evaluations are conducted on individuals of all ages and can be beneficial to individuals across the lifespan. However, specific types of evaluations may be most frequently conducted on individuals of certain age groups. For instance, ADHD or learning disability testing is often conducted in children ages 4-12--the period of time when ADHD symptoms most commonly emerge. In contrast, cognitive functioning assessments, such as those conducted to diagnose dementia, are most commonly conducted in elderly individuals. Clients should ensure that the psychologist they are seeing has specific expertise in conducting evaluations in their age group to ensure they receive a correct diagnosis.

How long does a psychological evaluation take?
Psychological evaluations vary in length depending on the test being administered and the goals of the evaluation; however, most evaluations are 2-4 hours in length. Some evaluations may take as long as 8 hours but can often be spread across multiple days. In some cases, clients will also attend an intake session or interview, which can help the psychologist assess client functioning outside of the testing environment.

How should I prepare for a psychological test and evaluation?
Individuals do not need to prepare for psychological tests or evaluations in most cases, as they are intended to measure a client's baseline psychological status without test-specific preparation. However, clients may want to brainstorm a list of questions for their psychologist about any tests they are receiving prior to the assessment, including what potential outcomes may mean for what next steps the client should take.
