If you have wondered for a long time whether you could possibly become more like the person you long to be and get some of the things you really want from your life before it is too late, then you are like the people I see. In doing this work I approach my collaborator with affection, enjoyment, unvarying thoughtfulness, and unconditional commitment. I use my own insides and all my responsiveness, all of the time. I bring a wide range and depth of experience in doing intensive and deep-rooted work, which is the kind of challenging work I enjoy.

At different points in life we can find ourselves "stuck," feeling anxious, overwhelmed, defeated, exhausted, depressed, or feeling disconnected from ourselves or others. Sometimes something just feels "off." Therapy is an opportunity to make positive changes in one's life and relationships. By gaining an understanding of our needs, motives, and fears, we can move out of an "auto-pilot" mode and into an active role in our lives. I work alongside clients to help them develop awareness of their options, identify self-defeating patterns, and help remove the obstacles creating distress. Together we shed light on what has been neglected.

I see life as a series of moments in which we have opportunities to access, build, and reimagine various aspects of ourselves. Sometimes the events in our lives and the world around us can feel turbulent and overwhelming and on other occasions, we might feel a bit stuck. Navigating those challenging circumstances often leads us to unearth and tap into our personal and collective skills, strengths, and resources. As a part of your support system, I will provide a space where you can authentically express yourself, explore the vision for your life, and cultivate the skills and strategies to achieve your goals.
