I specialize in working with families, children, marriages/partnerships and adolescents. I am Gottman trained for couples counseling. I also EMDR trained. I employ a team approach that enhances existing supports and provides tools to assist with barriers. Throughout my twenty-five years of professional experience, I've had the great fortune to learn from the families, adolescents and adults who've placed their well being in my care. I believe in a mind body connection and holistic approach. Mind and body connections are vital to becoming a healthier individual both mentally and physically.
I'm committed to a holistic approach toward therapy. I utilize strengths and systems to meet individual and family treatment goals and apply a variety of modalities which I tailor to families and individual client's unique needs.
In addition to being a licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am I'm also a NASM personal trainer. Incorporating healthy lifestyle techniques as it relates to issues of depression, anxiety and self-esteem is unique to my practice. Exercise and diet have an impact on one's overall well being.

In this group we will focus on the challenges of being a mom. We will utilize a variety of different treatment modalities targeted to build upon identified strengths. This group will be a way to meet other mom's and express and problem solve hardships in a safe place.
