Currently NOT Accepting New Clients- I believe that the therapy relationship can help you grow, heal, and cope with the unavoidable challenges of life. How our relationship develops will depend on the unique needs you bring. My role as a therapist is to work with you to understand these needs and to respond to them.
While we will address the immediate reasons that bring you to therapy, our work may also involve delving beyond the immediate pain to explore the underlying themes, to help you find new ways of relating to yourself and others. My commitment is to be actively engaged and present with you as we journey together.
I have experience working individually with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, loss and grief, trauma, and multicultural/immigration issues. My clients range in age, cultural background, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and financial means. I am available for daytime and week night appointments.
