My practice specializes in helping clients heal from the complicated effects of trauma. For many individuals, the ability to trust and feel safe in their relationships, can present significant challenges. I also work with clients to understand how they can interact with family and children to break the cycle of generational trauma, a concern for many individuals who have suffered trauma. In a collaborative environment, clients are able to learn multiple approaches to healing and overcoming the effects of traumatic experiences.

My extensive clinical background has spanned across ages, gender, racial/ethnic groups, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and presenting concerns. I tailor my approach by using an array of techniques and interventions depending on what fits and helps you as you aim towards growth, reaching your potential, and resolving any problems. My style is best described as being open-minded, empathic, and non-judgemental.

We look at the whole person with commitment to find relief from various conditions resulting from or creating stress. These include anxiety and depressed states caused by conflict and other difficulties in home, workplace, and social relationships. We also recognize and help manage psychological reactions associated with other illness. we serve a diverse group of adults, 18 years and older. Our therapeutic methods include cognitive behavioral techniques with Jungian and Rogerian principles. We accept insurance assignment and maintain a sliding schedule for clients without coverage.
