I have worked in the Chicago school system for four years and specialize in working with children and adolescents who need support to work through symptoms that stem from previous hardships, improve communication and emotional regulation, and to promote optimal mental health.

I will work alongside you and your child so they receive the holistic support needed through a variety of modalities using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. I will recommend manageable activities to do outside therapy, as change best occurs for children when implemented in small, frequent doses.

I encourage my clients to use their strengths and interests during treatment as I facilitate a safe, genuine and judgement-free space that provides room for healing and empowerment.
