I treat a broad array of conditions, including depression, anxiety, anger management, parent/sibling/partner loss, relationship issues, emotional & sexual abuse, and stage of life transitions. I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD/stress disorders, attachment disorders, difficulty coping with acute & chronic physical illness, meaning of life & other concerns.

As a psychotherapist and registered professional nurse who is keenly aware of the mind-body relationship. I tailor treatment to the unique needs and concerns of each individual. I have had experience in corporate, hospital and clinic settings as both employee & self-employed consultant. In addition, I have lived and worked in another country/culture.
