To do this, I help you: identify what has held you down or is holding you back, discard unnecessary judgment, and leave behind what no longer serves you, so that you can embrace positive change.
My therapeutic style is holistic, considering the whole person instead of focusing solely on psychological symptoms. I utilize a variety of behavioral and experiential therapies and techniques, which I tailor to the unique and specific needs of my clients. I provided individual, couples and family counseling for adolescents and adults.
We are all the authors of our own life story; but sometimes we lose our pen or let someone or something else take over our narrative. My job is to make sure that your pen is firmly in your grasp, writing a story you can look back on with satisfaction.
