As your therapist, my goal to establish a person-centered environment that provides the opportunity to engage in therapeutic emotional processing, attain the skill sets to manage symptoms, and find strength in persevering through suffering.

My passion is working with individuals that are on a path of finding meaning in the suffering they are enduring and regain joy (the enduring sense of well-being). Suffering inhibits the ability to experience the gifts of joy, love, and connection. Healing the emotional wounds of your soul, mid, and heart will help to alleviate unnecessary suffering.
