I have been working in the field of counseling for 18 years and have experience working with a wide variety of individuals. Some need help adjusting to a life change. Others have experienced significant trauma or struggle with suicidal thoughts. I am here to meet you where you are at, to help you heal and to help you reach your goals.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My training background is cognitive/behavioral but I work to meet clients where they are at. I have training and experience using DBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR and crisis evaluations all within a compassionate and mindfulness approach.
