I sit at the crossroads of humanistic, somatic, psychodynamic, and systems-centered traditions. Drawing from my diverse training background, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
I specialize in LGBTQIA struggles and complex trauma. Additionally my training as a social worker, RYT500 yoga teacher, and somatic meditation instructor influence who I am as a therapist and bring unique avenues for therapeutic exploration.
