I am a licensed psychotherapist (LICSW) located in St. Johnsbury, VT. I also have a lot of experience working with LGBTQIA+ youth and adults. I use an integrative model of psychotherapy utilizing psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques. I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire.
I have many years of clinical experience in outpatient settings, including intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, structured outpatient addiction programs, and community mental health. I primarily offer individual psychotherapy, but offer group psychotherapy as well for adolescents and young adults.
