About

WE ARE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. We have a lot of experience in working with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with depression and anxiety related to trauma. Our staff have specialized training in trauma work and the resulting issues that develop from experiential trauma including PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder), Dissociation, Self Injury and Suicidal Ideation.
I value a person centered, integrative approach utilizing several different treatment modalities while meeting each person where they are at. I consider our work together as a collaborative journey, as I believe each person is an expert in their own lives and that healing comes from within.

Identities Counseling and Consulting's Groups

Self-Harm 16- 24 y/o Support Group Thursdays 6 PM

If you struggle with self-injury, pervasive thoughts of cutting or burning, or struggle with thoughts of suicide, this is the time to reach out. Meet with others who struggle with these same issues and concerns as they continue to fight every day with these thoughts. This group is a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where it is a safe space to discuss these concerns with others who get it. You can share these concerns with others who understand that in most cases, self-injury is not a suicidal action or response to a trigger.
