We are accepting new virtual clients. We have a lot of experience in working with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety related to trauma. We specialize in trauma work and the resulting conditions that develop from experiential trauma including PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), BPD (borderline personality disorder), Dissociation, Self Injury and Suicidal Ideation. We specialize in identity development, LGBQ and transgender identity development concerns. We come from a multidisciplinary approach and view each client relationship as a collaborative effort in finding resolutions for growth.
I value a person centered, integrative approach utilizing several different treatment modalities while meeting each person where they are at. I consider our work together as a collaborative journey, as I believe each person is an expert in their own lives and that healing comes from within.
