I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, cultural/identity issues, immigration issues, women's issues, and life transitions. I work with clients of all ages. Also, I am a Latina with a Salvadoran background and speak Spanish. I strive to create a space where you can be authentically you.
My approach is rooted in relational cultural theory and focuses on how our different identities impact how we engage with the world and how the world engages with us.
