As a Latina therapist, I bring cultural awareness and an understanding of the layers that shape how we carry pain. I specialize in trauma, grief, identity, and life transitions, using EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness based tools to help you process what words alone cannot reach. The work is creative, flexible, and centered around you.

Strong Roots: For Women is a gathering for women ready to slow down, reconnect, and feel genuinely held. Each session weaves together psychoeducation, guided meditation, somatic movement, and journaling in a trauma-informed space where women can explore what gets in the way of caring for themselves. This ongoing grief support group is offered through our practice and facilitated by Eric Johnston, MS, LPC, and Brady Daniels, Counselor in Training. Designed for adults, the group provides a safe, supportive space to process grief, share experiences, and connect with others navigating loss. Participants are encouraged to build coping skills, foster resilience, and find community while moving through the grieving process. The group meets in person on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
