This group is for women struggling with Anxiety & Depression. We take a holistic approach focusing on mind, body, and soul to manage and decrease symptoms and help promote a healthier balanced spiritual life. We emphasize expression through various therapeutic art projects. This group meets once a month on the third Friday of each month.
