Our goal at Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress is to help you learn new ways to respond to difficult emotions and situations and take actions that help you meet your goals. Age range for Therapy Clients: 18 and older. Age Range for Assessment Clients: 6+ for ADHD/learning/other challenges, 16+ for Autism evaluations.
We emphasize evidence-based practice, which means we specialize in treatments that have been researched and have been shown to be effective for anxiety, OCD, and PTSD, in addition to distress related to discrimination/bias. We offer both therapy and psychological assessment/evaluation services for ADHD/learning disorders, and other psychological issues.
We will strive to help you develop a kinder, more compassionate voice that you can use with yourself during difficult times. As humans, we are often so hard on ourselves, even though research shows that self-kindness makes us more resilient to life challenges. Our treatment and assessment options are individualized to get the care you need and deserve.
