I work with adult clients of all backgrounds in the St. Louis area, with a particular passion for supporting those who feel like societal outcasts or that they just don’t quite “fit.” My practice is a nonjudgmental space for individuals to shed the labels others have placed on them and explore their true values. Whether confronting childhood emotional neglect, redefining their identity, or unpacking religious trauma, I aim to support clients in achieving their unique goals.
When working with clients, I promote mental health through empowerment and collaboration, exploring their unique concerns through a biopsychosocial model. This approach recognizes that mental health is shaped by the complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors.
My work experience, training, and interests have focused on addiction, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ concerns, cultic abuse, and animal-assisted therapy. Your emotional support animals are always welcome in session.

Creature Comforts - Pet Grief Support Group

I will be hosting a free virtual pet grief support group on a monthly basis and six-week structured groups that requires pre-registration. The virtual group is open to all regardless of location and will be an unstructured meeting for participants to share about their beloved pets, find solidarity with others experiencing similar loss, and find validation in the depth of their grief. The in-person groups will cover topics like disenfranchised grief, attachment, and how to move forward while honoring your beloved pet. This group will be hosted at my office in Creve Coeur. If interested, reach out to complete an interest form.
