My goal as your therapist is to provide a trauma informed, safe environment to explore new cognitive frameworks, practice mindfulness, and celebrate your successes. I operate using a compassion based, judgement free approach that is collaborative in nature. Each client’s path to internal peace and happiness is unique to them and using the lens of neurobiology, cognitive behavioral theory, attachment and humor I hope to assist in that journey.

I am currently in the end of my first year of the Somatic Experiencing 3 year training. I have worked with many individuals experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational conflict and I use a trauma informed lens when working with all clients. I have experience working with a variety of ages such as kids, teens and adults who are navigating through trauma, anxiety depression, and transitions in general. I use mindfulness and somatic based interventions as clients learn to regulate for themselves. I am also client-centered and focus on what the client wants to get out of therapy.

I specialize in working with trauma. While I have a special interest in working with issues around sex, sexuality and gender, and religious trauma, I work with trauma of all kinds.
