I counsel individuals to assist them in working through life's challenges, whether it be anxiety, depression, trauma or relational and communication concerns. My modalities of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. These are evidenced based treatments that teach clients mindfulness, regulate emotions, build distress tolerance and interpersonal skills.

I specialize in anxiety disorders, including OCD, perinatal anxiety, health anxiety, BRFBs, BDD, etc. I also treat chronic health issues, neurological conditions (including Tourette Syndrome), & caregiver burnout. I have robust professional experience in treating all of these clinical areas. To treat OCD, I use ERP & ACT, both evidenced-based protocols & considered gold standard treatments for OCD. I am also trained in ComB/HRT, CBIT and SPACE. I have years of experience working in a medical setting, specifically with individuals dealing with various neurological issues: FND, MS, ALS, PD, Tourette Syndrome, etc.

I work with individuals and couples who are seeking help to successfully navigate life transitions, relationship dynamics, health and wellness challenges, loss, grief, and bereavement.
