Hello, I'm Icy Diamond, a licensed social worker at Radical Change Therapy where I provide a collaborative and safe environment for children to develop healthy behavior patterns and positive coping strategies while working alongside their families to understand their reactions and behavior through the lens of intergenerational interpersonal trauma. Processing family trauma allows parents to understand and rework how they show up for their children, children to seize the maturity and motivation to create new family legacies, and families as a whole to build the rapport and resilience needed to heal and move forward together.
