This is a weekly virtual group coaching program designed for women who want to develop healthier, more secure attachment patterns in their relationships (romantic, platonic, parent-child). In this supportive group setting, participants will learn about the different attachment styles and how they impact their connections with others. Through education, discussion, and accountability, we explore how to shift from insecure patterns to secure attachment behaviors. New members are welcome to join at any time!
