Life can feel heavy, and finding the right therapist shouldn’t add to the strain. I’m here to offer a warm, grounded space for couples, queer folks, and anyone navigating shifts in religion or spirituality. With kindness and attunement, I help you get to the root of conflict, anxiety, depression, and disconnection. I have immediate openings for in‑person and telehealth sessions, plus free 30‑minute consultations. I’d love to connect soon.

Research shows that the primary healing element of therapy is the real human relationship between the client and the counselor. In my practice, I cultivate a trusting, caring relationship to support my clients in their journey to growth and healing. My approach is inclusive, trauma informed, and grounded in attachment theory and humanistic counseling.
