You might feel anxious, low, or numb, like you're carrying too much and can’t slow down. Maybe you're stuck in self-doubt, overwhelmed by school or work, or unsure who you are or where you're headed. Depression, trauma, insomnia, or life transitions can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Whether you're a teen, young adult, or navigating a new chapter in adulthood, therapy can help you understand your emotions, shift patterns, and reconnect with what matters so life feels more grounded, intentional, and meaningful. Together, we’ll create space for healing, growth, and lasting change.
I help teens and adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, identity stress, and life transitions. We’ll process what’s painful, uncover what drives you, and build tools to improve sleep, mood, and emotional resilience. You’ll feel more grounded and better equipped to handle stress. As someone who is Sinhalese and White, I honor cultural identity in healing.
The name of my practice, Mosaic Psychotherapy, reflects the belief that healing means reclaiming and integrating all parts of your story, not erasing them. If you're feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck in trauma responses, you don't have to go through it alone. I would be honored to support you with space, care, and tools as you put the pieces together.
