My name is Ian Michael Reeder. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, at Ellie Mental Health and have been practicing for over 3 years. As a therapist I seek to help those who are struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and other challenges that present in life. It is my belief that by equipping people with the tools they need and by respecting their autonomy, they will overcome the challenges they face. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence based treatment, to help those struggling through empowerment, modifying behaviors, developing insight, and teaching problem solving. I am also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a evidence based treatment, focused on treating PTSD in civilian and veteran populations.
