I specialize in providing compassionate and evidence-based support for men navigating various life challenges and children coping with grief and loss. As a therapist, I understand the unique experiences and needs of men facing a range of issues, from relationship difficulties to mental health concerns. I can help support clients with addictions, including pornography, substances, gambling, and more.

I specialize in helping children navigate grief and loss with warmth, clarity, and developmentally appropriate support—whether they've experienced death, divorce, or other major changes. I also work closely with men facing addiction, emotional isolation, anger, and life transitions, creating a space where vulnerability becomes strength.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and direct, helping clients move through pain toward healing and reconnection. Using CBT and personalized strategies, I guide clients through complex feelings offering a direct yet compassionate space to explore what's beneath the surface and build healthier patterns.
