I have a sincere passion for helping others through my personal experiences as a military veteran in three combat tours, overcoming drug addiction, and much more. I am no stranger to life’s trials and have even endured homelessness for a period. During one of the darkest times of my life, I made a commitment to use my experiences to empower others and provide hope. I am eager to give back after being afforded a second chance.
I enjoy working with individuals ,couples, and families. I believe the best way to find the root of our struggle is through meaningful human conversation. I encourage clients to reflect on how they define their emotions, including shame. I am passionate about building shame resilience, as I believe shame is often lurking behind our negative emotions.
I work to meet you where you are, hear your story, and help you build the skills to navigate the complexities of your unique human experience.
