I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where we’ll work together to explore problems and pains in your life, develop insights, build on your strengths and achieve your goals while providing a sense of support, relief, and healing. I have a great amount of respect for my clients and the work they do in therapy. I try to make therapy as accessible, inviting, and comfortable as possible. I pride myself on being an empathetic, non-judgmental listening ear and encourage clients to take the floor, talk about whatever is on their mind, and move at whatever pace they’re comfortable with.
I utilize a variety of different therapeutic techniques to best meet the needs of each individual client. My primary areas of focus include: depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, ADHD management, stress and anger management, interpersonal and family dynamics/relationships, and assistance with life transitions.
