Without trust, transparent communication, and acceptance, there is no relationship. My goal emphasizes that client and therapist are a team, working together to create a better state of self. Creating a meaningful connection can be difficult. I work to create a space for my clients to feel safe and heard, to find an eventual sense of calm, and to process through the turmoil of life. I promise to hold a judgement-free, compassionate, sometimes humorous space to give all clients the chance to express themselves the way they need.

My approaches include CBT, DBT, mindfulness and solution-focused to challenge anxiety, depression, multicultural issues, inter-family violence, school/life transitionary periods, relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+ identity and the coming out process, self-harm and suicidal ideation, and self-esteem.
I am currently accepting clients ages 13 and older between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, on both an in person and virtual basis. Please reach out if you have any further questions!
