Congratulations on deciding to seek therapy! It isn’t easy work, but therapy can help you navigate your challenges and develop your strengths to build the life you want. I primarily help folks with Trauma (whatever you've been through, I’d like to help you soothe your hyper-sensitized system and leave the past where it belongs), Anxiety (if you can't stop worrying and are terrified of messing up, I’d like to help you face your fears and find peace), and Life Transitions (if you’re having a mid-life crisis, or a quarter-life crisis, or a start-of-high-school crisis, I’d like to help you find meaning, purpose, and a sense of self).
My approach is collaborative and flexible. We’ll work together to help you to articulate your needs and craft a plan for meeting them. I’ll provide practical tools for immediate relief and help you gain insight to support lasting change.
I work with adolescents and adults and am affirming of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. I'm always happy to chat first (for free) to see if I'm a good fit for you. Please feel free to give me a call or shoot me an email.
