Equine assisted psychotherapy is one of the most unique, effective and natural processes you will find to experience yourself and how you impact the world around you. It's life changing and is a powerful way to gain new insight to you. What you do with that insight can be a bigger challenge so there's more to the story.
I will help you discover a new way of looking at yourself through the horses. The work is ground based and begins with connection. I am trained in Equilateral: an equine assisted EMDR protocol that is highly effective in treating complex trauma and PTSD. I'm a certified EAGALA practitioner, military designated provider serving veterans and first responders.
I believe that healthy personal relationships are the key to well being. Complicated by life events there is no straight path to wellness and no two of us are alike.
