We meet twice monthly in a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you are invited to slow down, reflect, and be met as you are. We use therapeutic practices that support nervous system regulation, post-traumatic integration, and somatic awareness. There’s no requirement to perform or fix yourself. Together, we explore intentionality, compassionate acceptance, and gentle movement to increase presence, calm, and mind-body connection.
