I enjoy working with clients who believe in their potential to change and have the motivation to make those changes. Some of the issues I have extensive experience working with, include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship/marital problems, abuse, trauma or grief. Regardless of how long you have been struggling with the issues(s) you are seeking counseling for, I will help you navigate through them and provide the support that is needed.
In my work with clients I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral techniques and a Client Centered approach. I believe in the importance of developing a positive and collaborative counseling relationship. I strive to create a safe environment so clients feel comfortable opening up about their struggles. I am passionate about the work I get to do everyday.
