Children, adolescents, and adults who have faced challenging experiences in their lives or who are currently facing challenging experiences in their lives need and deserve to exist in spaces where they feel safe, can be heard and are accepted as they are. They often come to therapy because they believe they deserve to heal from their past experiences or cope with current experiences for themselves and those around them. Many of them also come to believe that they are inherently worthy of existing in a space that is safe and accepting of their authentic selves, which can be very freeing.

As humans we all have complex lives and due to this complexity, we all experience stressful events, but if these have started to impact daily life functioning and your quality of life, it is time to look at your options. The idea of therapy can be intimidating, but in reality it is an opportunity to self-reflect, promote healing, and improve one's quality of life.

Throughout my past professional experiences working with victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and other types of violent traumas, I walked alongside clients as they lived through some of the most difficult chapters in their stories. Being trusted with someone's story is an honor and a privilege, and should never be taken lightly. When a client walks into my office, my goal is to ensure that they feel safe, supported, valued, and empowered. There are numerous systems that people interact with that can have major impacts on their lives.

I believe that counseling is a process whereby a client voluntarily seeks to resolve interpersonal, emotional, and/or spiritual difficulties with the assistance of another caring individual. I will seek to empower you to make changes for the betterment of your life through a wellness model. I will do my best to offer you the highest ethical standards of care, to listen empathically to you, to persist in hope, to believe in your restoration, and to avoid all forms of judgement. My goal is for you to develop fresh perspectives, to bolster your self confidence in your existing capabilities, and to form a feasible plan of action.

You might be carrying patterns that feel heavy—intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, or substance use—and wondering why it’s so hard to break free. Maybe you’ve already done a lot of thinking, a lot of trying, and still feel stuck. It’s exhausting to live with pain that no one else can see, especially when you’re working so hard just to get through the day.
Often, people come to me wanting relief, but also wanting something more: clarity, connection, and a way to feel more like themselves again. They’re not looking for quick fixes. They want honest support, effective tools, and a space where their story can be held with care and

I believe that the essence of life is Divine and that all good flows from that source. Thus, any strength that emerges in my work occurs as I align myself with Divine love, wisdom, and purpose. Holism describes my perspective, thus systematically exploring many areas of a client's life helps prepare the ground for resolving current problematic issues or for encouraging and supporting growth and transformation.
