I am an attachment and trauma-informed therapist. Our first priority will be to establish trust, mutual respect, consistency, and predictability so that you begin to feel safe. We will help you discover your strengths and will create goals to help you become your "best self". I prefer to utilize a variety of approaches in therapy, including teaching about attachment and neuroscience, mindfulness, coping skills, and how the body and brain work together to process our emotions.

I am trained in EMDR, a technique to assist in helping to process trauma and anxiety, depression, uproot addictions and treat other mental health issues. I specialize in sexual, physical, emotional or racial trauma and provide LGBTQIA+ informed and affirming care. I also lead support groups for partners and family of gender-expansive people online.

My goal is to serve those who have typically been "left out" of the traditional therapy experience due to cultural reasons. You should feel safe to explore all aspects of your identity in therapy and to know that you are fully seen and heard. Call me to experience therapy that is truly inclusive.

This group supports family members of those who identify as transgender or non-binary. Open to any adult living in the US who has a loved one who fits the above identity, we meet twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month online only, for now. Our space is accepting of wherever you are in processing, adjusting to and accepting this change for your loved one. You will have freedom to explore your own feelings separate from supporting your loved one, without worry of making mistakes. Accepting new members.
