Throughout our lives, it is important for us to learn how to adapt and adjust to the constant changes that occur both internally and externally. This can be very difficult to navigate on our own and we all deserve a safe place to express our thoughts and feelings without being judged, as well as work through our challenges. My passion is to help support and guide you through your healing journey by individualizing specific skills and tools that will assist you in moving forward.I have a specific interest in working with high school students, college students, and those new to therapy, as well as those 14 and older.
