I have experience working with groups and individuals, and my approach incorporates the relational model,
acceptance
and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
My hope for you as my client, is that you move toward caring for yourself, and creating a life that is in line with your values. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-focused, and goal-oriented. I use a strengths-based approach to therapy, and believe in taking a practical approach to problem-solving.
