I currently work for Catholic Charities and have done so since 2007. I have been working with children, adolescents, couples, and families for over 30 years who are experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues. Some of those issues include but are not limited to: grief/loss, life stressors/traumas, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, behavioral issues in children, and ADHD. When I ask my clients what they are hoping to gain from therapy, most will summarize that they simply want to feel better! So that is what we (you and me) will set out to accomplish.
