My passion is to assist individuals in creating positive change in their life. I primarily assist clients in creating goals from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy perspective while pulling from Person-Centered and Solution-Focused techniques. Creating awareness in the mind-body connection is incredibly important to me as a clinician. I encourage this by creating the space for my clients to gain emotional and physical awareness in their minds and bodies.
