Do you find you're constantly asking yourself, "Should I or shouldn't I"? Often, what we want is at odds with what we believe we should do, say, or feel. We become sad, anxious, avoidant, indecisive, insecure, guilt-ridden, and ashamed as a result of being at war within ourselves. We remain stuck in our suffering rather than clarifying our dilemmas, solving them, and moving on with our lives. I aim to help get patients unstuck and free to live a more satisfying and self-aware life. I've been told by patients that I am friendly and non-judgmental, and that I have a calm presence which helps them open up.
