I offer a supportive, judgment-free space to explore goals, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. As a Latina bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I provide culturally aware care that meets clients where they are and helps them move forward with self-compassion, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.
I help young adults manage stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. I also assist with befriending their inner critic and developing confidence and high self esteem and self worth. I offer a warm, empowering space to build clarity, balance, and actions that are alignment with their identified values.
