I have a passion for helping people of all ages relieve & control stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, ADD, ADHD, OCD, IBS, pain and weight issues. I also help people free themselves from smoking, drug, alcohol and food addictions. I am an accredited and approved Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) presenter specifically for Stress & Substance Abuse for attorneys, paralegals and C.P.A.s. One of my specialties is weight release as a Certified Weight Loss & Hypnosis Specialist. I am also a Certified Coach Practitioner, specializing in life, business and executive coaching to help people reach their personal and professional goals.
Stress & anxiety are some of the main underlying causes of many concerns, addictions and diseases. I teach my clients stress-relieving techniques in the first hypnotherapy session. Also, with obesity being the #1 cause of preventable diseases, I have a passion for helping people release and control their weight.
Many medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, MFTs, LCSWs and various holistic practitioners recognize and recommend my hypnotherapy sessions to their patients and clients as the perfect complement to their expert advice, techniques and therapies to enhance their progress.
