I offer guidance, feedback, coping tools and mindfulness practices to help clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship frustrations to enhance their confidence, resilience and interpersonal effectiveness. As a bi-racial woman and certified coach, I offer a holistic, eclectic and multicultural approach to traditional psychotherapy. My holistic approach (includes yoga, somatic therapy, meditation and hypnosis) to help my clients live the life they wish for. This structure develops accountability, alignment and integrity with your best and healthiest self.
