I am a seasoned psychotherapist and board-certified art therapist who has worked with youth and adults for over 35 years. With compassion, warmth, kindness and acceptance, I offer many approaches and pathways toward healing and realizing your inherent Wholeness. I have particular expertise working with grieving youth and their families.
I am trained in expressive arts therapy, sandplay, play therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, Trauma First Aid, neuroscience-informed somatic approaches, mindfulness-based cognitive restructuring, ego state therapy, Buddhist psychology and Shamanism. I have also been a hospice bereavement counselor and provide consultation and trainings in various settings.
